take my hand
Osmunda Music aka Rebecca Trujillo Vest announces the release of her 4th album – Take My Hand . A collection of 13 songs, Take My Hand is an uplifting and inspiring musical journey that upholds peace and reflects on the power of positive change.
“Take My Hand came out of the world waking up after COVID and still being engulfed by turmoil. We are conditioned to think we will emerge from situations and feel renewal, but often we still need to locate resources to sustain and empower us. For me, music is that force.” – Rebecca
Take My Hand continues Rebecca’s sonic pathway that explores the healing connections between mind, body, spirit, and the earth. The album was produced by Rebecca Trujillo Vest with Tom Crowell, Levi Downey, Alejandro Speranza, Randall Thorderson, John X Volaitis, and Patricia Zehentmayr.
Mastered by Steve Quadrini at Studio ADM Mastering.
Cover art is by Eric Ernest Johnson.
The album is a continuation of an artistic exploration Rebecca began while traveling through Europe and the Middle East. She established her work with her first album Munda, and continued with her second release Love Will Overcome in 2019 and Sending My Love in 2020
The current album, Take My Hand is being submitted for consideration in the current 2023 GRAMMY Awards cycle and an original Osmunda Music song will also be submitted for the GRAMMY Best Song For Social Change Special Merit Award
